Box Office Supervisor
Contract: Permanent, part-time
Salary: £23,793 rising to £26,227 (pro rata) depending on length of service
Hours: 20 hours per week, to be worked across 3 or 4 days
Location: Theatre Royal Winchester
The Box Office Supervisor is an exciting new role within the Communications and Development Team, playing a central part in the day-to-day running of the charity’s Box Office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to help drive ticket income and audience growth, working closely with the wider Communications team to develop group sales, maximise fundraising opportunities, and enhance the customer experience through upselling merchandise and packages.
As a key support to the Box Office and Data Insights Manager, you’ll also act as their deputy when required.

Fundraising Manager

Salary: £34,413 rising to £38,934 depending on length of service
Hours: 36 hours per week
Location: Theatre Royal Winchester / Hybrid
The Fundraising Manager will lead the delivery of the charity’s fundraising strategy, growing fundraised income to support all areas of our work. By connecting donors and supporters to our mission—delighting and uniting communities through live performance and participation—you’ll play a key role in shaping our future.

Housekeeper

Based: Theatre Royal Winchester
We're looking for a Housekeeper to ensure the highest possible standards of cleanliness are applied to Theatre Royal Winchester at all times. In addition to early mornings, there may be afternoon and early evening cleaning opportunities.
