Finance Manager

Full time permanent contract

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000

Play to the Crowd is at an exciting stage of its development, having recently rebranded as well as redeveloping Theatre Royal Winchester’s front of house areas to create a welcoming Cafe Bar. The pandemic has resulted in a restructured organisation looking to focus even more explicitly on its charitable purpose, to serve the community that came together to support it so magnificently last summer.

This role will form part of the Senior Management Team and play a central role in shaping the organisation in the years ahead, providing critical financial expertise to ensure Play to the Crowd operates efficiently, compliantly and sustainably as a charity and limited company.

Deputy Front of House Manager

Play to the Crowd incorporating Theatre Royal Winchester, Hat Fair and Playmakers is looking for a Deputy Front of House Manager.

Play to the Crowd is at an exciting stage of its development, having recently rebranded as well as redeveloping Theatre Royal Winchester’s front of house areas to create a welcoming Cafe Bar. The pandemic has resulted in a restructured organisation looking to focus even more explicitly on its charitable purpose, to serve the community that came together to support it so magnificently last summer.

This is a new role within the Play to the Crowd team to support the Front of House Manager to provide a warm welcome and seamless front of house service for Theatre Royal Winchester and to assist co-ordinating the charity's team of dedicated volunteers.

Engagement Producer

The pandemic has resulted in a restructured organisation looking to focus even more explicitly on its charitable purpose, to serve the community that came together to support it so magnificently last summer.

This role is key within the newly developed Playmakers brand to lead on the delivery of a wide range of intergenerational creative projects with local communities as well as delivering the annual Hat Fair Carnival.
