We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and highly organised Fundraising Manager to implement the charity’s fundraising strategy to increase our fundraised income to support our mission to delight and unite our community whilst supporting the financial sustainability of the charity.
During the Covid pandemic, we launched a hugely successful Survival Fundraising Appeal. The Fundraising Manager will play a key role in continuing to develop these donor relationships, growing our charity’s membership base and attracting funds from other sources as we recover and look forward to the future.
Terms: Full time permanent contract. 36 hours a week
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on relevant experience

Front of House vacancies (casual)
As we grow back to a full and diverse programme in our beautiful, heritage theatre following the pandemic, we are looking to fill the following casual vacancies:
• Duty Manager (£11 an hour)
To act as the supervisory Duty Manager role overseeing the operations of the theatre, staff, volunteers and audiences during performance times.
Closing date: Tuesday 24 May at 9am
• Cafe Bar Assistants (£9.50 an hour)
To provide outstanding service in terms of efficiency, knowledge, presentation and customer care, whilst maximising sales throughout Theatre Royal Winchester's Cafe Bar.
Applicants must be 18 or over due to the fact that they will be responsible to serve alcohol unsupervised.
