Building Caretaker
Contract/hours: Permanent, full-time - 36 hours per week
Salary: £26,227 rising to £28,950 depending on length of service
Reports to: Head of Site Development
Base: Theatre Royal Winchester, Winchester, Hampshire
We're looking for a Building Caretaker to join our family!
This is a newly established position at Play to the Crowd, working in close collaboration with the Head of Site Development to support the care, maintenance, and safety of the organisation’s physical spaces — principally Theatre Royal Winchester.

Based: Theatre Royal Winchester
We're looking for a Housekeeper to ensure the highest possible standards of cleanliness are applied to Theatre Royal Winchester at all times. In addition to early mornings, there may be afternoon and early evening cleaning opportunities.
