Shian delivers our Playmakers Youth Theatre programme, develops partnerships with local schools, and creates performance projects and opportunities throughout the year.
Shian is a graduate of the University of Winchester and a passionate theatre maker with a lifelong love of the stage. Her theatre journey began working Front of House, where she developed a strong interest in making the arts accessible and welcoming to everyone.
Shian is a member of an amdram society, regularly performing in productions, and enjoys being part of a creative, collaborative company.
Alongside performing, she has a strong passion for singing, directing, and writing, and loves exploring different ways to tell stories.
Shian's primary role is to enable young people to engage with theatre, build confidence and develop creative skills.
A fun fact about Shian is that she has two pet house rabbits called Hermonie and Chester. They say never work with children or animals, but Shian loves doing both!
