Maddie Cowell

Maddie is a former violinist who trained at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and holds a Master's in Arts and Cultural Management from the University of Melbourne.

With 15 years in the creative industries, she has worked with leading arts organisations across Sydney, Melbourne and the UK, including the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Melbourne Youth Orchestras, Buxton Contemporary gallery, and Musica Viva Australia.

Now specialising in fundraising, engagement and communications, she is Head of Marketing and Sales at Turner Sims, University of Southampton, following her role at St John’s Winchester where she conceived and led a community-wide creative initiative, The Fabric of Winchester.
